The Barony of Fenix invites you to our 12th Night Celebration
To be held on:
Saturday, January 11, 2025
9am-10pm (anyone onsite after 10PM will be considered volunteers for the cleanup crew)

Site fee is asking for donations, with a suggested donation of $5

A&S Champion Competition
Gaming Champion Competition
Bardic Champion Competition
Schedule:
9:00 am – Open of event site
10:00 pm – Close of event and cleanup
Food:
Lunch is not being provided
Potluck Feast. There is a kitchen onsite for reheating/warming purposes.
Please note that in regards to alcoholic drinks, the site is “wet” and is considered BYOB. There will not be a bartender on site, so bring what you wish to drink. Alcohol is not to be consumed outside of the building except on attached porches. This will be strictly enforced.

Notes regarding the site:
There are 5 handicap accessible parking spots.
The use of nails, adhesive tape, or decorating wires is prohibited.
No rice, confetti, glitter, birdseed, and/or petals will be thrown anywhere on the grounds.
Open flames (including candles) are not permitted. Battery operated candles, however, are permitted.
Animals (except for service dogs) are not permitted inside the building.
The NPEC is a smoke-free facility.
