Polling Timeline:
December 1, 2023 – Baronial seneschal will begin accepting Letters of Intent. Please send them to [email protected].
December 31, 2023 – Final day to send in Letters of Intent
January 8, 2024 – Polls open for commentary from both residents and non-residents.
January 29, 2024 – Polls close.
Letters of Intent instructions
This post is to officially announce the period for accepting Letters of Intent for our upcoming Baronial Polling has opened. All letters of intent are to be sent to [email protected]. All letters of intent must be received No Later Than December 31. The letters must include the following:
1. SCA Name and any titles (how you wish to be listed on the poll).
2. Legal Name with contact information including: mailing address, phone number, email address.
3. Copy of valid membership card (valid through the transition time period) and a copy of phot identification.
4. Letters can include any information you as the candidate wishes to communicate to the Crown or the populace – such as SCA experience or vision for the barony.
5. The submission should also include a single photo of each candidate with the current MK photo release form. 6. All documents should be in a PDF or Word document format, please.
