a- Amount in the bank is $2,894.16 as the epay check came in after a delay with kingdom and we are still waiting for kingdom to cash the nms (non member surcharge check from mayday of $60 discussed with kingdom already).

II- Old Business
a- Chatelaine is planning for day to make loaner gorgets for new members
b- Proposal for practices to be held at Pioneer Park in Kentucky
a. Vote has been pushed back to Sept meeting
c- 12th Night: Baroness reached out to site from last 12th Night, available Jan 6 2024, price has gone up from $500 to $800, Baroness proposes collecting donations.
a. Deor is putting together a bid.
d- Lawson suggests posting sign on practice field for passersby to encourage them to interact, Roisin suggests QR code on sign

III- New Business:
a- From Reinhold von Glier and Lynne Fairchild: We’re working with Michael at Camp Michael’s to possibly create a bid for May Day next year. Looking like it would be on Saturday, June 1st. Got pricing on what it would cost for what we had this year and what the whole site would cost. Waiting to hear how much it would be to have what we had this year plus one yurt to use as Royalty Room.

Annual 12th Night Celebration with competition for the peaceful champions.

All Day (Approx 10A-9P)
Non-profit social club on the east side of Cincinnati. Hall with small kitchen and cash bar. We have used this site in the past for Rogue October and 12th Night 2023. This would be a smaller event more in keeping with the size of the site.

$800 for the day, ($200 deposit)
