I- Officer Reports

a- Has a deputy: Deor, discussing reports

c- Regained access to email account

Baron/Baroness: Sir Angus von Atzinger and Mistress Melisande de Canonwald
a- Did not do championships, may ask current champions to continue
b- Have not had time to look for alternative site for 12th Night, various people will reach out to sites near them

II- Old Business
a- Chatelaine is planning for day to make loaner gorgets for new members
b- Proposal for practices to be held at Pioneer Park in Kentucky
a. Vote has been pushed back to late winter
c- 12th Night: Baroness reached out to site from last 12th Night, available Jan 6 2024, price has gone up from $500 to $800, Baroness proposes collecting donations.
a. Looking for different sites
d- From Reinhold von Glier and Lynne Fairchild: We’re working with Michael at Camp Michael’s to create a bid for May Day next year. Looking like it would be on Saturday, June 1st. Got pricing on what it would cost for what we had this year and what the whole site would cost. Waiting to hear how much it would be to have what we had this year plus one yurt to use as Royalty Room.

III- New Business:
a- Pre-Thanksgiving event: potential site proposed by Andrea Stone, specific details to follow
b- Reinhold and Lynn have reached out to Camp Michael. We will have access to more of the site. Break even is $935, expected proceeds $1075, likely more, due to success of last May Day. Lunch tavern will be done separately.
a. Vote to accept May Day site plus $50 insurance: Vote passed
