II- Old Business
a- Chatelaine is still planning for day to make loaner gorgets for new members
b- Proposal for practices to be held at Pioneer Park in Kentucky has been tabled until Spring
III- New Business:
a- We are in need of a new Exchequer ASAP as she has been “promoted” to Regional Seneschal
b- Need a Deputy A&S Minister ASAP. Mostly for quarterly reporting purposes.
c- 12th Night Event Bid from Reinhold von Glier and Lynne Fairchild. Florence Nature Park. Hall holds up to 300. Don’t think it’s dry. As a non profit we qualify for cheaper rate of $275. Asking for donations instead of entry fee. Suggested donation of $5 if people wish. $300 deposit to secure but will be returned (suggested to roll over deposit if we like it) . Passed unanimously
d- Letters of Intent for new Baronage requested
