c- Received award recommendations for May Day and outing together largesse basket for TRM if anyone has donations

II- Old Business
a- May Day
a. Setup at 5pm Friday, please show up to help
b. Pay on Friday
c. Assembling lunches on site Friday. Gloves will be provided.
d. Need volunteers for royal retainers, room guards, and troll
e. Need to print event fliers (Roisin to assemble, Reinhold to print)
f. Prizes for marshal tournaments
b- Chatelaine is planning for day to make loaner gorgets for new members
c- Duvessa MacSweeney of Cork is trying to get marshal authorization for Thrown Weapons Marshal to step up as Baronial Marshal
III- New Business:
a- Gabriel proposes a change to summer practices. There are 3 options suggested:
a. Move the weekly practice to Pioneer Park
b. Alternate the weekly practices between Evendale and Pioneer Park
c. Have a second weekly practice at Pioneer Park
d. To be posted and voted/discussed on the Facebook group
